Shipping Times: Both you and I are at the mercy of the shipping company. Once your order has been fulfilled and sent out for shipping, it is out of my control when your item will arrive.
Lost "Delivered" Packages: Once a package is marked 'delivered,' it is now in the hands of your local Post Office. If your item has not yet arrived to you but is marked 'delivered,' then please work directly with the Post Office and other local authorities in locating your package; unfortunately, I can't help with this process. No refund will be given once a package is marked as delivered.
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact me and include photos of the damaged product and packaging.
Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide me is correct. If you have recently moved, be sure that the address associated with your Etsy account is updated. Unfortunately, if the address provided is incorrect, I cannot replace the delivered item(s) or provide a refund.
