Terms of Use
Last Updated: September 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are entered into by and between you and Signs of Land, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms govern your access to and use of drashleysouthard.com (the “Website”) and the content, digital products, courses, programs, memberships, communities, workshops, masterclasses, consultations, downloadable resources, and other services offered by the Company (collectively, the “Services”).
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services. By accessing or using the Website or Services, purchasing a product or Service, creating an account, or clicking to accept these Terms where that option is provided, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Disclaimer, and any additional terms presented in connection with a particular product or Service.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Eligibility
The Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
Privacy Policy & Disclaimer
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review those documents carefully.
Educational Services; No Therapist-Client Relationship
As explained more fully in our Disclaimer, the Services provided by Signs of Land, LLC are educational and informational in nature.
Although Ashley Southard is a licensed mental health professional, use of the Services does not establish a therapist-client relationship and does not constitute psychotherapy, diagnosis, assessment, mental health treatment, crisis intervention, or individualized mental health advice.
Account Security
Certain Services may require an account, login credentials, email verification code, or other authentication method.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
You agree to provide accurate and current information and promptly notify us if you become aware of unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Company, users, Services, or other persons or when these Terms have been violated.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, all Company-created content provided through the Services—including text, graphics, videos, audio, worksheets, frameworks, methods, exercises, downloads, course materials, presentations, branding, logos, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to Signs of Land, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing or accessing content does not transfer ownership to you.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Company materials solely for your own personal use unless we expressly authorize another use in writing.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly display, upload, share, modify, create derivative commercial works from, or otherwise exploit Company materials without prior written authorization except as permitted by applicable law.
You may not share paid login credentials, course access, membership access, downloads, or other paid materials with another person.
Nothing in these Terms restricts rights that cannot lawfully be restricted, including rights available under applicable copyright exceptions.
Trademarks
Company names, program names, logos, slogans, branding, and other source-identifying marks owned by the Company may not be used in a manner that falsely suggests affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement or otherwise violates applicable trademark law.
User-Generated Content and Communities
Certain Services may permit users to submit comments, posts, questions, photographs, messages, testimonials, or other content (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of User Content you create. By intentionally submitting User Content to areas of the Services designed for publication or community participation, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate and provide that Service.
This license does not give the Company unrestricted permission to publicly use private communications or confidential submissions for unrelated marketing purposes.
You represent that you have the right to submit your User Content and that doing so does not violate another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
You may not use Company-operated communities or communication features to harass, threaten, stalk, impersonate, defame, exploit, or unlawfully disclose information about another person; distribute unlawful or infringing material; transmit malicious software; engage in unauthorized commercial solicitation; or interfere with another user's use of the Services.
We may moderate, remove, restrict, or decline to publish User Content and may suspend or terminate community access for violations of these Terms or applicable community rules.
We cannot guarantee the conduct of other participants or the confidentiality of information that you voluntarily disclose to other participants in a group or community setting. You are responsible for exercising judgment regarding information you choose to share.
Submissions, Questions and Private Communications
Submitting a question, comment, direct message, email, form response, or other communication does not create a therapist-client relationship and does not guarantee an individualized response.
Please do not use ordinary website forms, social-media messages, community posts, or general business email for emergencies or crisis communications.
Purchases and Payment
Prices, payment terms, installment options, renewal terms, and other purchase information applicable to a particular Service will be disclosed at or before purchase.
You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and authorize applicable charges associated with your purchase.
Payment processing may be performed by third-party payment processors subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Subscriptions and Recurring Memberships
If you purchase a recurring subscription or membership, you authorize recurring charges according to the price and billing frequency disclosed at checkout until you cancel.
You are responsible for canceling before your next renewal date if you do not wish to incur the next recurring charge.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for amounts already paid except where required by law or expressly provided by the applicable offer.
Instructions for cancellation will be made reasonably available through the applicable account, platform, purchase confirmation, or customer-support channel.
Cancellations and Refunds
Because many Company products provide immediate access to digital content, purchases may be non-refundable where disclosed at the time of purchase and permitted by law.
Any refund, cancellation, or satisfaction guarantee specifically stated on a sales or checkout page controls for that particular offer.
Nothing in these Terms limits refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
If a refund results in termination of your right to access paid materials, you agree to discontinue accessing and using those materials.
Educational and Informational Purposes
The Services provide general educational and informational content. They are not a substitute for individualized professional services.
You remain responsible for determining whether information is appropriate for your circumstances and for obtaining appropriate professional advice when needed.
No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee any particular personal, relational, emotional, professional, financial, or other outcome from use of the Services.
Testimonials and examples describe individual experiences and are not promises or guarantees of results.
Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may integrate with, reference, or link to third-party platforms, websites, payment processors, software providers, social networks, or other services.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, terms, privacy practices, or performance.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
Email and Electronic Communications
By providing your contact information or communicating with us electronically, you consent to receive electronic communications necessary to provide requested Services, administer purchases or accounts, respond to inquiries, and provide legally required notices.
Where permitted by law, we may also send marketing communications in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism included in those communications. Unsubscribing from marketing messages does not necessarily prevent us from sending transactional, account, purchase, security, or other non-marketing communications.
Accessibility
We seek to make our Website and Services reasonably accessible. If you experience difficulty accessing content, please contact us so we can attempt to provide reasonable assistance or an alternative method of accessing the information where practicable.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Services:
-
for unlawful purposes;
-
to violate the rights of another person;
-
to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or content;
-
to interfere with the operation or security of the Services;
-
to introduce malware or harmful code;
-
to scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or personal information except as permitted by law;
-
to impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with the Company; or
-
to commercially exploit Company content without authorization.
Service Changes and Availability
We may modify, discontinue, suspend, or restrict portions of the Services from time to time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Where a change affects a paid Service, any rights you may have will be governed by applicable law and the terms presented in connection with that purchase.
Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SIGNS OF LAND, LLC, ASHLEY SOUTHARD, AND THEIR EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO A PAID SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE COMPANY FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
These limitations do not apply where applicable law prohibits limitation or exclusion of liability.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Signs of Land, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement or violation of another person's rights.
The Company reserves the right to control the defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to reasonably cooperate.
Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
These Terms and disputes arising from them or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Before initiating formal proceedings, you and the Company agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally by providing written notice describing the dispute and requested resolution.
Except for disputes that are legally exempt from arbitration, claims eligible for small-claims court, or claims seeking appropriate injunctive relief concerning intellectual-property or unauthorized access matters, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through individual binding arbitration in Arizona rather than in court, to the extent this agreement is enforceable under applicable law.
YOU AND THE COMPANY AGREE THAT CLAIMS WILL BE BROUGHT ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN A PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
YOU UNDERSTAND THAT ARBITRATION GENERALLY MEANS THAT A NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR, RATHER THAN A JUDGE OR JURY, WILL DECIDE THE DISPUTE AND THAT COURT REVIEW OF AN ARBITRATION AWARD IS LIMITED.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from exercising rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Attorney review note: Before publication, Arizona counsel should select an arbitration administrator, applicable rules, allocation of arbitration fees, notice procedure, and any opt-out mechanism counsel recommends. Those procedural provisions materially affect enforceability and should not be guessed at.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Services if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the Services, threaten the security or operation of the Services, or engage in conduct that reasonably threatens the safety or legal rights of the Company or other users.
Termination does not eliminate payment obligations already incurred or provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property, limitation-of-liability, dispute-resolution, and indemnification provisions.
International Users
The Company operates from Arizona, United States. Users accessing the Services from other jurisdictions are responsible for complying with laws applicable to them.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate mandatory consumer rights applicable to users in jurisdictions where those rights cannot be waived.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed as appropriate, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
No Waiver
Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, applicable checkout terms, and any additional terms expressly presented for a particular Service, constitute the agreement between you and the Company regarding the Services addressed by those documents.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will become effective as required by applicable law. The current version and its last-updated date will be posted on the Website.
